If I have the winning ticket, how do I claim the prize?
Please note: the owner in possession of the Winning Ticket will have five (5) business days following the applicable Game to claim the Prize.
If you have the winning number and are still within the United Center, you may head to the Foundation table at Section 104/105.
If you have left the arena, and would like to claim your prize, please email us at blackhawks5050@blackhawks.com. Upon presentation of the Winning Ticket, the Foundation shall coordinate with the potential winner for them to come to United Center (1901 West Madison Street Chicago, IL 60612) in order to complete the paperwork necessary to receive the Prize.
Where can I find the winning number?
The winning number will be announced at the conclusion of the third period at each home game and posted at the Community Table behind Section 104/105, as well as online on our Winners Page.
Why did I receive only 1 number?
Single number multi chance provides one number, that is entered into the draw multiple times. Same drawing, just look for your number!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. The United Center is a cashless arena, and this includes the 50/50 Raffle.
I am not a resident of Illinois, can I still play?
Yes you can! You do not have to live within the State of Illinois to participate in or win the raffle drawing.
May I purchase tickets with a group?
No. Each ticket belongs to only one person and only one person can claim the prize associated with a winning ticket.
Is there a limit on the number of raffle tickets I can purchase?
No, there is no limit to the amount of raffle tickets you can purchase during any raffle period.
I entered the incorrect email and did not print my tickets, how can I get my tickets resent?
Please go to the Contact page to request a copy of your tickets or send us an email at blackhawks5050@blackhawks.com.
Why haven't I received my online tickets yet?
If purchasing tickets online, you will receive an email with your raffle numbers shortly after purchase. Please check your spam/junk folders as some corporate and personal service providers black these emails. There may also be a delay in the email delivery during times of high website traffic. Any email delays do not impact your chances of winning and we can assure you that your numbers are included in the draw. If you have not received your tickets by the end of the game, please go to the Contact page to request a copy of your tickets or send us an email at blackhawks5050@blackhawks.com.
Why does the winning number begin with a different number than mine?
There are two types of tickets: those that are sold online, and those that are sold in-person at games. Online tickets begin with '99' and for in-person tickets, the first one or two digits represent the number of the device that produced the ticket. All tickets are valid and added to our jackpot pool, no matter what number your tickets begin with.
Can I claim ticket purchases as a donation?
Raffle tickets are not tax deductible. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries, or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the Raffle Tickets does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution for personal income tax purposes.
